RAWROD

So I haven't posted for some time. Part of that blame is simply because I am busy/lazy. The other portion is RAWROD--Ride Around White Rim in One Day. This is an annual trip sponsored by Kenny. He invites, this year 60, some of his friends to embark on this scenic, epic ride. My first year was last year and it was awesome. I was anxiously awaiting an invitation this year and it did come.
Kenny takes care of everything because he is amazing. All we had to do was RSVP and show up. We camp the night before and ride all day. Chris and I, with a year behind us, set a much quicker pace than last year. It helped knowing what to expect and where all the check point were. The weather was beautiful and near perfect. A bit of a head wind after lunch, but nothing too bad.
Thank you to Kenny for his time and effort in making this one of the highlight of my spring and training.
