daylight savings has come and gone. it has only been a couple of days, but i miss it already. now is the time for extended lunches on the bike. i also started some of my "off-season" training even though i plan on doing some cyclocross races. in spite of that, i went to the gym this morning and lifted for a quick 30 mins. or so. i fear the way i am going to feel in about 24 hours, but i have to start somewhere. i didn't really do any legs because i am hoping to get a SS ride in today. i should be able to get it in because halloween at work is more of a big part than work. i should be able to slip out...hopefully.
