the time to prepare has come and gone, this weekend is it--the 24 hours of moab. i think i am ready. i am cast free. i picked my bike up from the shop and it was smooth tonight. i rode up provo canyon on the race course (3 laps) and then down dragons back. i tried to be somewhat aggressive to see how the body would feel...not too bad. i really want to get a lap in friday night and pick my lines. we did it a few weeks ago, but i won't remember where i want to be. i am anxious and nervous which is pretty standard for me. this will climax right before my first lap and then hopefully i will find my groove. i am begging the weather cooperates because i am a wimp. right now it looks like it could go either way.
