We just got back from the annual moab trip with Chris family. It was not our best trip. It started off well. We did a single speed run to the top of Amasa Back. The weather and the trail were superb.
We also messed around on Slick Rock for a bit before breaking out the geared bikes. We only went about three miles or so and then turned around. We were just wasting some time until everyone else arrived. I ended up cheating quite a few times--some of those climbs were too steep to stick too, so I ventured a bit to the left or right or both.
