september 24 and 26th
I went to mt. biking for the first time since the e100. It was interesting, but I have found it less awkward than riding a road bike. The road bike hurts my hand because of the position. We went up Provo Canyon and then did part of the Shoreline Trail. I think Chris is frustrated because I am "slow". Which I am...so
