so i rode yesterday for about 45 minutes at which time i realized i should probably stop. it did not feel really bad, but i definitely felt it. my knee seemed to become more and more sore throughout the day. i am still feeling it this morning a bit. the plan is to start inhaling ibuprofen and rest for another day or so and then trying it again.
on a happier note, i got a pair of speed play pedals for valentine's day. i have been riding with spd's since i started road riding. Chris loves his and so he got me some. i did not mind my spd system, but i could only clip in on one side. i am excited to have an opportunity to ride with them..hopefully soon.
